Due to our covers being made to order,we recomend you requesting free fabric swatches as we do not refund or exchange for wrong colour choice. This also applys to cut length fabrics,wrong cover choice, curtains, cushions and blinds.
In the unlikely case you recieve a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days.
Make sure you have proof of posting as Ikuva will not be held liable for goods lost in the post while being returned.
All fabric will eventually fade, so to help minimize this keep your cover out of direct sunlight.
You may note a small shrinkage of up to 3% on some cotton fabrics. Iron whilst damp and gentely stretch back into shape.

We have tried to be as accurate as possible on this web site but as colours can vary so much between computer monitors we strongly suggest you order a swatch.
If you require more than one cover for the same room we recomend ordering all the slipcovers at the same time as to ensure they are cut from the same batch,as slight colour variations can occur.
We Reccomend washing all of the cover at the same time to maintain a uniform colour. As some covers are large it may be more suitable to wash them in an industrial washing machine, or have dry cleaned.
